She tells you that: she spoke often with her colleagues about her medical conditions; she always wears a continuous glucose monitor, which is visible at times, depending on what clothes she is wearing; during her performance appraisals, every year for the last three years, concerns have been raised with her about her lack of attention to detail and her tendency to interrupt other people; she has needed time off work from time to time to attend medical appointments and otherwise to rest and recuperate from time to time.
