Joy operated a business of desserts in the name of "Joy Sweet Desserts". On 2nd of September 2020, she entered into an agreement to supply 200 cupcakes to Ani Sundry Shop. Ani then issued a cheque for the amount of the purchase price. Both of them agreed that Ani will receive 100 doughnuts on 5th of September 2020 and the balance will be sent to Ani Sundry Shop after the cheque is cleared. Joy tried to cash the cheque on 6th of September 2020, but was informed by the bank that the cheque has been dishonoured. She was very upset especially when she knows Ani had already started selling the cupcakes to her customers. Joy wanted to know whether she can demand for the cupcakes back from Ani Sundry Shop's customers. Advise Joy. (this question based on Sales of good. Malaysia law)
