Judy sold souvenirs at a booth located at the Pennsylvania state fair which was held near her home. One of the souvenirs was purchased by a patron who was visiting from South Carolina. The patron the mailed the souvenir to a grandchild in Iowa. The child was only two years old and choked to death after putting the toy in her mouth. Judy was sued for failing wo warn the patron.
