Julian is a Mexican Canadian citizen living in Toronto. He moved to Canada when he was 20 to pursue his career of being an aviation pilot for Air Canada. He came here under a student visa, and later applied for his PR. Years later he got his citizenship. He makes very good money working as a pilot. He wants to bring his mother and sister to Canada but doesn't know what the best option is. His sister is a cardiologist in Mexico and is fluent in English. She does not plan on saying here for longer than 7 months but her mother is. His sister suggested under the working-class, but his mother would not qualify under that option.
