Julio is visiting Toronto to see a play at the Olde York Theatre. Julio was in an auto accident a few years ago and it rendered him physically disabled and confined to a wheelchair. He does not have equal access to the Theatre because of his physical disability, and the Theatre did not make reasonable accommodations for him.
