On 30th January, 2020, Adam receives a letter from June offering him the house for Ush.470, 000,000/= and that he has up to 5th February 2020 to think about it and respond. On 2nd February Lilly, Adams friend told him that Paul bought the house earlier in the day at Ush.450, 000, 000/=.
Adam goes home and writes a letter to June accepting his offer to sell at Ush.470, 000, 000/=. He posts the letter immediately and June receives the letter on 4th February 2020 but replies saying, you are late. I sold the house to Paul.
