-In custody/placement cases, a GAL is advocating for a child's best interest, but can also present their investigation and ask the court to make finding of whether domestic violence present: 767.41(2) -if they do make finding, custody component: dealing w/ overcoming presumption; if not=victim is getting assigned sole legal custody (decision making) and if did overcome presumption, would they still favor other parent?
