  1. Purchased $75,600 in raw materials for cash.
  2. $72,100 in raw materials were used in production. Of this amount, $65,500 was direct materials and the remainder was indirect materials.
  3. Paid employees $151,800 cash. Of this amount, $133,900 was direct labor and the remainder was indirect labor.
  4. Paid $125,500 for additional manufacturing overhead costs.
  5. Applied manufacturing overhead of $124,000 to production using the companys predetermined overhead rate.
  6. All of the jobs in process at the end of the month were completed.
  7. All of the completed jobs were shipped to customers.
  8. Any underapplied or overapplied overhead was closed to Cost of Goods Sold.
