Answer the following questions in your paper:

• on organizational communication the five styles and identify one person you know whose conflict communication style you recognize in this list.  Then, identify your own conflict style.
• Provide an example of a situation or characteristic that leads you to believe the person you identified above follows the communication style you chose for him or her. Then, provide several examples that make you think you have the conflict style you've identified for yourself.
• Why do you think you have the conflict style you do? Where did this style come from? (Family, friends, culture?).
• Address findings from the second article you have selected. Do these findings support what you have stated in the above items? If not, how can you explain that?
