Just as you are packing up for a week of vacation you receive a call from a client Wally Snow. Wally says that his son Sunny was involved in a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and he wished to have your firm represent Sunny. Wally does not have the details but emails you this photograph of the scene, with an arrow which shows the car Sunny was driving. Since you are going away for a week you will arrange for your fellow Paralegal Helter Skelter to take a statement from Sunny to support a claim for damages arising out of negligence.
