Depending on where your establishment is depends on the type of devastating damages can happen. Anywhere from arson/fire, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, floods, to bomb threats and robbery. When it comes to training for these possible situations just how prepared can a manager be? I understand that when managers are training for these possible situations that they are learning from past. However, disasters like this are usually extremely unpredictable. So exactly how prepared can someone be? How many backup plans can one person have? Plan A, Plan B, Plan C? What would a manager do when they are faced with a disaster that no one has ever faced before and no one could have prepared enough for that?
