1. Internet marketing is a constantly changing and evolving subject that we need to refresh our knowledge often. It is about how we market our products in this internet era where we can help consumers choose the right products for them. All the chapters in the modules seem very important to understand, chapter 6 from module 3 on experiencing the digital customer journey is the one that I particularly am interested in.

In today's internet marketing field, understanding how consumers use the internet is crucial to us. Both the customers and businesses have increased their digital use nowadays, replacing the traditional ways, such as broadcast or newspapers. The relationship between the brand and the customers have become ever more intimate than before (Debra Zahay, 2018). The quality of communication between the company and the customers becomes the key for building trust in the customers, and these communications are done through social media. There are many other ways to attract customers in the digital age, building up customer experience is one of the most important concepts to me. Having a competitive price, good customer service, high quality products all contribute to giving the customers the best customer experience. When thinking about what we can do as internet marketers, we should think first about what the customers want most. If we can develop a customer experience-oriented marketing strategy, we will be able to build a strong trustworthy brand. Learning the customer decision journey in this chapter is very interesting to me, because it is exactly how I make my purchase. Then, unconsciously, I went through the loyalty stages as well. To me, can thinking learning to create a satisfying customer experience is the key to building a successful brand. If I can understand this concept and utilize it, I can be a more effective decision maker.

2. Eight weeks have passed and our class has reached an end point. Learning about this subject I think the focus is marketing strategies and delivering content which can be through emails, social media, blogs etc. The module I choose is module 5, where we talked about content marketing. The importance about content marketing is being a powerful strategy that reaches far and wide. The process is easy and consist in creating content, identifying the target audience, select distributions platforms, evaluate content marketing effectiveness. Creating content can be original and new but also, curated meaning taking content from another publisher and modifying and stating its relevance, or syndicated content from another published source used for a fee. Identifying the target audience based on age, sex, interest, media usage, individualizing the target interests to create a loyal following for branded content. Distributions platforms are many emails, twitter, instagram, facebook, youtube, linked in, those ads lead you to click and bring you to the website or blog where the ad was originated from. Evaluating the effectiveness of the content in four key ways consumption, sharing, lead generation, sales. I think learning about the importance of this process and every step can make me a better leader and an effective decision-maker. This class was very interesting and engaging, easy to relate in todays world where we're glued to the phones and everything is online.
