Nick's has been in business since 2010 and sells six different types of neckwear to major retailers and boutique neckwear shops in the United States. Nick's reports its financial results on a divisional basis. These divisions include a Bowties for Men division, a Bolo Ties for Men division, an Ascot Ties for Men division, a Silk Scarves for Women division, a Shawls for Women division, and a Fabric Necklaces for Women division. Nick's sells 30 different styles of its Bowties for Men, 5 different styles of its Bolo Ties for Men, 3 different styles of its Ascot Ties for Men, 55 different styles of its Silk Scarves for Women, 18 different styles of its Shawls for Women and 10 different styles of its Fabric Necklaces for Women. A portion of Nick's sales and marketing efforts are done specifically for the benefit of a single neckwear division. Other sales and marketing efforts are done at the corporate level and the related costs are shared by all of the neckwear divisions. Nick's financial team has been working on cost budget modeling worksheets by neckwear division for 2018. You have been given the following information for 2018 . Nick's pays no income taxes . Nick's sells most of its Fabric Necklaces for Women to the same customers who purchase ilk Nick's factory is operating at 85 percent of total capacity Scarves for Women.
