He also had a sibling who predeceased him, Pamela, who has one child, Amy Lawson, age 14, who is in the care and custody of her Father, Ted (Lawson) who lives at 17 Larkspur Road in Ellicott City, MD. Justin's Father predeceased him but his Mother, Angela Dodds, is still living but is in a nursing home with Altzheimers. Justin also has a surviving Uncle, Thomas Dodds, who lives at 6 Hartley Road in Towson.Justin owns the home they live in together (23 Cedar Mill Drive, Towson, Maryland) with his Wife. This home is valued at approximately $375,000.00. He also owns a vacation property in Delaware at 418 Beachway court, Rehobeth, DE in his own name (he acquired this before the parties' marriage). This home is valued at approximately $300,000.00.The home at 23 Cedar Mill is paid off. There is a debt of $15,000 owed to the Virginia National Bank, located at 23 Clover Lane, Virginia Beach, Virginia on the vacation home. Justin also owes $1300 on his Speedboat to Waterman Financing, Inc. , located at 55 Corporate Drive in White Marsh, MD(see below). The parties have a joint Mastercard with $5000 on it and Justin had a Citibank Visa in his name only with $850 owed on it.Justin also owns 23 shares of BGE stock valued at approx . $7000 in his name only, a life insurance policy with a face value of $250,000, listing his wife as beneficiary, and a pension with his company, Remington Steel, located at 300 Compass Road in Rosedale, Maryland (payable at age 65, listing his wife as beneficiary).
