Justine is a part-time inclusion support worker in the pre-kinder room at Little.ly ELC. He holds Certificate 3 in Individual Support,and he is also studying Bachelor of Teaching.since he started his job at the service, he was never approved to participate in any Professional Development session by the Curriculum Development manager while other educators completed two sessions each year. One day he overheard two staff members whispering about him. They were saying that he doesn't need professional development because he learns enough in his course at University, that he is just a 23 year old male it is better if they keep telling him how to do things in the room
