Kadeem has finally saved enough vacation days and is looking forward to some rest and relaxation.He signed a written contract with a travel agent for a vacation tour package to California. The contract stated

"Get-Away Now, Inc. will provide airline travel to and from San Diego, California with 7-nights lodgings at Sea-Side Hotel in the Green Hills Resort.This package includes a half-day surfing lesson, a one-day boat cruise, and one ticket for a mountain-bike tour."

Kadeem later claimed that before he signed the contract, the travel agent told him that she would be staying at the Highlands Hotel, which is much nicer than the Sea-Side Hotel, that all meals at the hotel were included in the tour, and that the tour also included a two-day boating cruise.The travel agent denied Kadeem's claims.

Kadeem wants to sue for breach of contract.
