Karim bought a bungalow in Gembira Height from Zainab. He signed the sales and purchase Contract and

Paid the 10% deposit. A week after he entered the contract, Karim found that there were no security services

provided at Gembira Height as represented by Zainab. Karim intends to rescind the sale and purchase

contract which he entered with Zainab on the ground of misrepresentation because there were many theft

cases at Gembira Height since he lived there, he does not feel safe living there.
