As an emerging leader, there are many things I would do differently. Some of which would including scheduling one on ones with employees or teammates every month to reflect back on their work for the past month and ask if there was anything they noticed could be changed regarding the company or project. "Positive feedback is critical for learning. People are often quick to notice what's wrong, but it's equally important to pay attention to and provide input on what is working to support development" (Chappelow & McCauley, 2019) is one statement I really agree with fromWhat Good Feedback really Looks Like.
