• Dwelling requires an outdoor swim/spa pool and it's been agreed that the client will provide the specifics regarding sizes before commencing the project Draft a project/administrative factsheet for Kate and Tom's project that covers the points listed below:
• Process for application of required permits, communication with Certifying Authority and services providers
• Procedures for recording the hire of plant and equipment
• OHS policies and procedures
• Procedures for the removal of Kate and Tom's existing home, ensuring EPA guidelines are followed
• Temporary services and site accommodation provisions
• Process to ensure the above operations are conducted within regulatory requirements
