The South Carolina Court of Appeals issued it's written opinion which was published in Volume766 of the South Carolina Reports starting on page 10 and the case was also published in the South Eastern Reporters, Second Series, in Volume 442 beginning on page 899.

The case was decided on February 15, 2010.
