Kavita was employed by Total Protection Systems Plc as an analyst. Kavita while still being on probation became pregnant and would frequently become ill. Tom, who was her employer, became frustrated and terminated her employment during the probationary period without notice and without cause. Kavita is upset and believes she is terminated because of her pregnancy and cites gender discrimination. Kavita is contemplating legal action but does not know if she has a good case.
