Kayla was a Manager at Pristine Printing Company Ltd. Managers at the company must complete performance appraisals for their respective teams every six months. HR advised Kayla that she was already late in submitting the completed performance appraisals. Kayla hated completing the appraisals and rushed to finish them for the five staff members reporting to her. Two of her employees, Tina and Drake, did the bare minimum, their work was often behind schedule and filled with errors. The remaining employees always did excellent work and usually met deadlines. Whenever Tina or Drake made errors, the rest of the team would usually correct the errors to ensure the department's work was submitted on time. They were starting to complain about carrying the load for them and said that Tina and Drake were not team players. Kayla did not want any confrontation with Tina and Drake as they were hired by the General Manager and went to lunch with him every Friday. Kayla thought she should just give them the same Excellent ratings she was going to give the rest of the team to avoid any problems. What advice would you give Kayla on how she should rate the performance of Tina
