Kebeki and kulani were married on January 4, 2007, when kulani was seven months pregnant with his child, alemu died in in an unfortunate car accident on July 5, 2007. The property belonging to alemu was taken over by his parents. On September 9 2007 kulani gave birth to healthly child. Few month later, kulani reclaimed the property taken by the parents of alemu of alemu on behalf her child. The parents of alamu refused the property on the ground the child is not entitled to the property since he was not born at the time the succession opened.
