(e) The factory overhead rate is 80% of direct tabor cost.

 (f) Jobs completed: 401, 402, 403, and 405.

 (g) Jobs 401, 402, and 403 were shipped and customers were billed for $17,320 and $42,405 respectively.

 Instructions:

(1) Prepare entries to record the foregoing summarized operations.

(2) Open T accounts for Work in Process and Finished Goods and post the appropriate entries, using the identifying letters as dates. Insert memorandum account balances as of the end of the month.

(3) Prepare a schedule of unfinished jobs to support the balance in the work in process account.

(4) Prepare a schedule of completed jobs on hard to support the balance in the finished goods account.
