Keeping First Things First

"All leaders have to confront personal pride. In fact, this ego trait-as harmful as it is to ourselves and our organizations-can become addictive. Every day we will be faced with temptations to react in prideful ways, so we will always be 'in recovery'(p. 23).

Matthew 6:33 states "seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added to you" (NKJV).
