Kelele was arrested by the neighbours for allegedly stealing chicken in the neighbourhood and taken to court which found that Kelele had stolen the chicken and did not have any evidence to refute the allegation. On appeal by a higher court, the judgment was overturned and Kelele was set free. He now feels like the neighbours actually caused him pain and he wants to sue.

When Kelele was in prison, Kalamu, the neighbour built a wall fence that extended into the land of Kelele. All efforts to inform Kalamu to extend the fence to his own land have been in vain. Kalamu has continued to use the wall fence .

Martin, who works for Mr. Kelele , was cutting the grass outside the gate when his cutlass flew from his hand and broke a windscreen of Tamie's car. Tamie has since demanded that his car should be repaired. The windscreen is valued at 150 dollars.

Tamie took the car to a mechanic for safe custody until the windscreen is replaced. The mechanic started using it for taxi around Kampala. Tamie is not okay with his car being used as a taxi.
