Kell systwm manufactures computer monitors in Texas and sells them throughout the world. Kell has expeienced difficulty in the marketplace fue to the number of competitiors in the marketplace. The company wants to pursue a "green" agenda and publicize that they are now a "green" comapny. Kell promises to recycle any competitors monitor that is replaced with a Kell monitor,but does not disclose that it will not really recycle the monitors due to the high cost and labor issues in the US. Kell will have the monitors broken down in other countries. In doing this, those workers may be exposed to toxic materials and these materals may seep into the groundwater near the facilities where the work is being performed if not careful. The countries Kell is sending the monitors to be broken down have very little regard for the well being of their employees. However it is stilllegal to send the monitors.
