Kenneth Armstrong, an American citizen, purchased the component parts of computers in Germany, Japan, and the United States. He took those parts to Bolivia, where he constructed the computers, stamped them with the name Starlight Computers, and sold them. Armstrong had a Bolivian registration that allowed him to use the trade name Starlight.
