Key Elements of Leadership

The purpose of this assignment is to assess your knowledge on the key elements and managerial skills of leadership.

Compose a 3 pages double-spaced reflection to address the following:

Reflect back to an existing or previous supervisor. Discuss how you perceived this person's leadership based upon their, or lack of, decision-making, interpersonal and technical skills. Provide one example or incident per each of the three skills. Which of the five key elements of leadership: a) leader-follower, b) influence, c) organizational objectives, d) change, e) people did this person both most and least likely exhibited and why? Please keep the names of previous supervisors and co-workers confidential.
