Khalidah was so impressed with the demonstration model that she bought1 unit. The packaging and user manual stated that the food processor was suitable for industrial use. However, when Khalidah used the food processor, she found that it only functioned at the speed and capacity of an ordinary food processor. The next day, she tried to slice sausages using the food processor. The promoter's model could slice sausages, but Khalidah's food processor could not. The promoter had promised Khalidah that she could get a bread maker as a gift if she bought the Shumay food processor. However, after she bought the food processor, the promoter stated that it is out of stock.
