Kim offered to sell her car to Zina for 100,000 dollars, Zina found the offer to be nonsense and placed an advertisement in the paper stating that Kim is crazy , she is trying to sell me crap but I will make an agreement with her if she places on a billboard that she is, in fact, crazy I'll sell her my car for 50,000.
