it is not just drawing a smiley face : JAVA.

a. Draw and show on the screen a "smiley face" like the picture below by using lines, circles, points, etc. JAVA, code should have 2-3 classes, parameters, return, and methods comments for better understanding .

You should NOT use applets, but do use AWT and Swing... JAVA

b. Make the eyes of the smiley follow the cursor of the mouse, similar to what is done in this video: search for Smiley Face Eyes Follow Mouse

Cursor using CSS + JS

(no need to do the mouth, also you can add pupils to the eyes from part a or move the current eyes)
