You must generate a hierarchical structured list of the primary work elements under its responsibility. This WBS must include initial estimates of work effort (story points) by labor category. Since a primary purpose for estimating labor costs is for budgeting purposes and performance evaluation, all labor hours must be categorized by type of laborer to allow costs extensions to be calculated. It is also recommended to include start and stop dates for tasks based upon story points so the project can generate a gantt chart
