Sclect and apply appropriate tools and techniques for managing ICT systems with the aim of meeting quality, information and governance reguirements. Create an ICT strategic plan that supports business needs and objectives by working collaboratively with peers and stakeholders. As an Individual, you are supposed to do research to produce a strategic requirement report based on the case study below. The report should outline the ICT strategic requirements of the organisation to suppart its growth and success. Some of the hints including but not limited to how you can address this assignment are: Identify the project, problem and organisational characteristics that would contribute to the project and company''s SUCCess.
