Klose is the general manager of Sacret Recipe, a cafe and cake shop at the Shah Alam City Centre shopping complex. He runs the business like other managers do, but was specifically told by the branch owner, Sven that he could only sell cakes and other food supplied by Sacret Recipe Cakes & Cafe Sdn Bhd. Last month after many customers complained about the small selection of cakes available, Klose decided to increase the variety of cakes and pastries at the cafe. As such, he entered into a contract with a local supplier, Delicafe Delicacies to sell their desserts at the Sacret Recipe cafe. Delicafe Delicacies then sent over their first batch of desserts as ordered. Klose also had made a payment to Delicafe Delicacies by using Sacret Recipe's account . Sven recently came to know about this and was upset with Klose's decision
