Koala Ltd's cost of this merchandise was $95 3- Purchased inventory on credit terms of 1/15, net60 from Bear Ltd. $700. The invoice was dated August 3 4- Sold inventory for cash, $1165, (cost $552) 5- Received from Panda Inc. merchandise that had been sold earlier for $275 (cost $87).
