Kohl tried to get a court to order that a bank account that Morse and his wife held as tenants by the entireties could be taken to pay off the judgment. The bank signature card specifically designated the account as being held as tenants by the entireties. Shelman signed almost all the checks issued on the account, contributed the funds to it, and Mrs. Morse had a separate bank account. May Kohl obtain the funds in the account?
