1. Assume that you belong to a Project Management Team. You are tasked to identify any project which you intend to do/manage. A project is temporary endeavour that is unique but complex and has defined begning and end in time, and therefore with defined scope and resources.

2. You are not supposed to come up with a project which is existing. You will be judged based on your planning skills and decision making in terms of ensuring that activities are completed and well sequenced to lead to completing the project. The project is an output of your laboratory showcasing your critical understanding of the project life cycle from initiating-planing-executing and closing phase. The project should contain the 6 different chapters as in the laboratory.
