Large scale radical changes to operations can be deadly for an organization, it would be very tricky to navigate that scenario as a manager. Firstly, I would prepare for significant turnover which is most likely going to be inevitable. The remaining team members will have a difficult time carrying the load and they will likely be very stressed and anxious about their situation.
