Last night while having lunch, Amira told her friends Laila, Mina and Amelia of her intention to sell her Kancil for RM16,000. The next day, Laila coincidentally met Rina on her way back from work. Rina was looking for a secondhand car for her husband so Laila without authority contracted to sell Amira's Kancil for the price of RM16,000 to Rina. Laila later informed Amira about the contract and she was so surprised. Advise Amira whether the contract is binding upon her or not.
