Last Sunday, Tamara decided to bring her nephew and cousin, Eddy and Edward both age 5
to a nearby playground. Tamara just got her driving licence hence she was very excited to
drive. While she was driving, Eddy and Edward played with their toy soldiers at the back seat
and whilst playing, Eddy had accidentally poked Edward's left eye with his toy soldier that he
was holding. Edward, screamed in pain upon seeing blood dripping from his left eye.
With all the commotion going on, Tamara panicked and swerved her vehicle onto the opposite
lane and hit Brody, a pedestrian who was about to cross the road on a zebra crossing.
Brody was rushed to the hospital where Dr Jekyll decided to operate both of his legs. There
was a 15% risk that Brody will be paralysed if he undergone the surgery but the risk was not
communicated to him. A week later, Brody suffered from partial paralysis at his left leg.
