Attached is the brief from the State of Washington in opposition of the ban, and the 9th Court of Appeals decision upholding the injunction against the ban. Read these documents. Do they change your opinion about the Trump brief? Do they change your opinion about the case and the ruling? As you enter the legal profession, do you think it is appropriate for attorneys to argue any side of an issue depending on who is paying their bill, or should an attorney refrain from taking any case that they don't personally believe in?
