In an attempt to empower first-time home buyers, the provincial government implemented a number of new policies. To see whether these policy changes are having an impact, a random sample of first-time home buyers was taken from all first-time home buyers since the policy changes were implemented. The purchased dwelling type was recorded for these first-time home buyers. The results are shown in part b. below.
