LAW AND OBLIGATIONS TRUE OR FALSE

C is a well known international concert pianist. She was contracted for a fee, to do a one-night dinner concert. Before the concert date, C informed the organizer that she will not do the concert without giving any valid reason. The organizer can get another well known concert pianist at the expense of C and also recover damages because of breach of the obligation.
