lCase 4: Scenario: Samsung was founded as a grocery trading store on March 1, 1933, by Lee Byung-Chull. He started his business in Taegu, Korea, trading noodles and other goods produced in and around the city and exporting them to liilhina and its provinces. Samsung first entered the electronics industry in 1959 with several elchonics-focused divisionstheir first products were black-and-white televisions. During the 1979s the company began to export home electronics products overseas. At that time Samsung was already a major manufacturer in Korea, and it had acquired a 50 percent stake in Korea Semiconductor. With development of the 'Perfect washing machine' in 1993 and the 'Exciting washing machine' in 1994, Samsung began working on a new type of washing machine. Samsung came up with a new technology which they dubbed 'Agipul'. Featuring a combination of drum and rotating washing machine technology, it provided a hand-washed feel with decreased tangling of clothes and overall reduction in damage to laundry. Mr.Ram is the newly joined sales person in Samsung electrical and electronic showroom. lGuide the Mr.Ram on the sales pitch with respective customer. Motive of first customer The customer working in a civil industries so he work with the sand, cement, iron rode etc. at end of the day he returns to home with lot of dirt in his cloth. He never mined to pay the highest price for the washing machine but required to remove strong strain or dirt. Motive of the second customer He is price conscious, his objective is to buy fully automated washing machine at lowest price and gives best offers in the market. Motive of the third customer He has come with his wife. His wife is looking for best technology in the washing machine. Wife is to finalize which machine to buy but the purchase decision made by the husband
