Personal Leadership Insights and Goal Tracker 1, Weeks 1-5

Each week you will use this form to track your insights and goals.

Section 1 is to track your reflections, learning and insights from the week's readings, discussions and videos. Be sure to date each entry. Each entry must be a minimum of one paragraph or ((150)) words and maximum of ((250)) words. You will have points deducted for too short a post and/or too long a weekly post.I have included prompts to spark your thinking. Don't be limited by the prompts. Also be sure to rate your level of insight*.

*David Rock, from the NeuroLeadership Institute, came up with the Eureka scale to identify levels of insight, from no insight (O) to 5. An intense insight is one that literally shakes you and leads to big changes. Take a stab at tracking both your insight and level of insight.
