Leaders are often characterized by a classical approach to understanding leadership. The classic leadership styles are often referred to as:

1. Autocratic style leadership.
2. Laissez-faire style leadership.
3. Democratic style leadership.

You will now be performingsome of your own research to gain an understanding of each, and to identify the differences between the three classical leadership styles. Based on your research, present your findings in one of the following ways:

1. Compare and contrast the three styles in a one-page written document (using point form and subheadings)
2. Create a collage to show your understanding of the 3 leadership styles
3. Record a video or audio piece explaining each of the three styles

**Be sure to clearly explain the difference with specific examples.
