This includes noting potential areas where there will be resistance to change. Leaders should be personable, have strong emotional intelligence awareness, humble and strategic. Leaders should work to build an environment that encourages and promotes continuous learning and development of skills in a collaborative atmosphere. Leaders can utilize one of the effective framework models when implementing change(s) into the workplace. These are Switch, Kotter's, and the Psychology of Changes framework models. Using one of these models will help make the changes and transitions easier within the organization. If an organization has leadership that does not strategically plan and have unique leadership qualities that foster a collaborative culture of improvement and innovation there will be an increase in poor patient outcomes, low morale within the work environment, low employee engagement, and can even make the community apprehensive about the organization
