Reflect on our review of chapters 5,6,7,8 that we have covered so far. Prepare a1.5 pageminimum (single spaced) study. You can discuss one or more of the following topics:

Chapter 5- Gaining Power and Influence:

• What influences you and how can gaining power help you achieve more?

Chapter 6 - Motivating Performance:

• What do you believe best motivates you? What concepts can you incorporate to improve your motivation and why?

Chapter 7 -Negotiating and Resolving Conflict:

• Discuss your ability to negotiate and resolve conflict. What concepts do you believe you have and what others do you think you can improve?

Chapter 8- Empowering and Engaging Others:

• Discuss your ability to empower others. What concepts do you believe you have and what others do you think you can improve?

You will be graded on how well your discuss course concepts and articulate your self reflection.
