Summarise the leader's life story in two or three paragraphs. remember, this is a business paper, you are not a biography of your famous leader. 

integrate and apply leadership theory ( traits, behavior, power, negotiation techniques, etc.) from the reading.

Discuss how she/he led their organization to overcome the challenges.
